Summer at City: Rigorous Instruction & Summer Camp Fun

City Academy’s summer programs offer a unique balance of education and enrichment for students who are enrolled at City Academy for the following school year. In the morning hours, all students attend academic classes. After lunch, students engage in arts, outdoor education, sports tournaments, social and emotional development exercises, water play and field trips.

A Typical Summer at City Day

7:30 – 8:15 a.m. — Before Care/Breakfast
8:15 – 8:30 a.m. — Assemble for Class
8:30 – 11:30 a.m. — Academic Instruction
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. — Lunch/Recreation
12:30 – 5:00 p.m. — Camps Activities
5:00 – 5:30 p.m. — Clean Up/Dismissal

Breakfast, lunch and snack are included. Please note City Academy’s summer hours are 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Registration is due in early April each year. Forms are available in the office.
